I have always had a broad range of interests when it comes to photography. From printing cyanotypes (the first photographic printing process) to learning the power of Photoshop, I have come to appreciate the endless possibilities of the photographic process from start to finish. I have found that photography never gets boring because I enjoy the constant problem solving required to make the image I envision.

In 2017, I graduated from Guilford College in Greensboro, NC with a BA in Sociology and Anthropology. I completed my M.A. in Photography through the School of Visual Communication at Ohio University in Athens, OH in 2022. My initial focus in the program was photojournalism but I branched out into commercial classes where I found I had more creative control to bring my ideas to life.

As a photographer with a lifelong passion for health and wellness I merged my interests in completing my thesis, Sweet Deceit, which I hope to publish for a wider audience.
